I went with a colleague/friend to see the Dave Matthews Band last night at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Pavilion.

I lost count of the number of times I've seen the band (or Dave solo) at 25, but I haven't seen them in a couple years. Last night was a first - it was opening night of the tour and a very high energy show.

As I said in my last post, I've accepted a position. In the Fall of 2007 I will be an Associate Professor of Law at the West Virginia University College of Law. I'll be teaching patents and cyberlaw.
